Any customer whose drinking water has been disconnected pursuant to section
7-2-4 or
7-3-6 of this title will be required to pay, prior to reconnection, all delinquent fees, including late fees, and a reconnection fee of ten dollars ($10.00). (Ord. 2012-1, 3-12-2012)
