The Division of Public Works shall be charged with the duty of:
(a) Managing and conducting the water storage and distribution facilities of the City, including the maintenance, inspection, installation and repair of service lines, meters, hydrants and such other work connected with the Division as the Director of Service may from time to time designate.
(b) Managing and conducting the sewage collection system of the City, including the maintenance, inspection, installation and repair of all sewer pumping stations and sanitary sewers and appurtenances and other work connected with the Division as the Director of Service may from time to time designate. (c) Managing and conducting the operations of water and wastewater treatment facilities owned by the City, including the maintenance, inspection, installation and repair of all pumps, motors, blowers, tanks and buildings and other work related to the operation of the Division as the Director of Service may from time to time designate.
