The Village Council specifically declines to grant permission for the use of fireworks, other than as used by qualified pyrotechnic companies, with the proper state licensing, at sanctioned events, on property owned by, or under the control of the Village of East Palestine, Ohio, including, but not limited to the East Palestine Park, the East Palestine Lake, the East Palestine Walking Trail, and all streets and sidewalks within the municipality.
