(a) No person shall purposely or recklessly shoot, throw, cast or sling by hand, by means of an air gun, or otherwise, any stone, pellet or other missile.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
