CHAPTER 232 Director of Law

EDITOR'S NOTE: Former Sections 232.01(a) (Duties of the Director of Law) and 232.02 (Prosecuting Attorneys) were repealed by implication by the adoption, by the voters, on November 6, 1991, of Sections 6.02 and 6.03 of the Charter. Former Section 232.01(b) has been recodified as Section 233.01.
