There is hereby established a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day per prisoner for the use of the Eastlake City Jail Facilities for the housing of prisoners arrested in Eastlake and referred directly or indirectly by Lake County or any other entity which does not have their own facilities. In addition to this fee, an additional charge shall be assessed to reimburse the City for any and all medical expenses incurred by any such prisoner while housed in the Eastlake City Jail Facilities. The Eastlake Police Department shall keep accurate records of the use of the Eastlake City Jail Facilities by Lake County or any other entity using the facility, and invoice shall promptly be sent to the user, and a copy of that invoice shall also be given to the Finance Director of the City.
