381.01 HARBORMASTER; JURISDICTION AND DUTIES.

The Director of Public Safety shall be the Harbormaster of the City, and he shall regulate the operation and navigation of all vessels within any of the waters of the City and enforce all laws and regulations relating to the harbor.

The Harbormaster may appoint such personnel of the City as he believes advisable to assist him in performing the duties required hereunder.
