Whoever violates any provision of this chapter other than Section 351.13 or 351.14 may settle and compromise the claim against him by paying to the City, through the Division of Police, the applicable fine within five consecutive days of the time such offense was committed and if not so paid, the sum of the fine shall be doubled as outlined after such offense was committed:
(a) Parking in restricted zone | $25.00 |

(m) (1) Anyone who receives a general parking violation notice, subsections (a) through and including (h), shall be charged a fine of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) if paid within five days after issuance, which fine shall, if not paid within such time period, shall be doubled.
(2) Anyone who receives a parking violation notice for a fire lane violation, subsection (i) hereof shall be charged a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) if paid within five days after the issuance, which fine shall, if not paid within such period, be doubled.
(3) Anyone who receives a parking violation notice for a handicap zone violation, subsection (j) hereof, shall be charged a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) if paid within five days after issuance, which fine shall, if not paid within such period, be doubled.
(4) Anyone who receives a parking violation notice for a commercial vehicle violation, subsection (l) hereof, shall be charged a fine of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) if paid within five days after the issuance, which fine shall, if not paid within such period, be doubled.
(5) Any vehicle having received a parking violation notice with two delinquent notices issued, and being thirty days delinquent in payment of same shall be subject to being towed and assessed towing and impounding fees in addition to the parking violation fees established herein. Said vehicle will not be released until all towing costs, impounding fees, and parking violation fees are paid in full.
