(a) No person shall park a school bus, commercial tractor, agricultural tractor, truck of more than three-fourths ton capacity, bus, trailer, semitrailer, pole trailer, watercraft or moving van upon any public street located within the City between one hour after sunset and one hour before sunrise.
(b) No person shall park any of the above, with the exception of watercraft, camper trailers, capers, small agricultural tractors and small two wheel trailers upon private property located within a residentially improved section of the City including multi-family improved sections.
(c) No person shall park a commercial vehicle with a gross vehicle weight (GVW) of 10,000 pounds or more on any public or private property not owned or under the control of that person or the company that owns the vehicle without first registering with and receiving permission from the Eastlake Police Department. Said permission shall be granted on an individual basis and shall be subject to the rules and regulations set forth by the Eastlake Police Department. Any violation shall result in a fine as outlined in Section 351.99.
(d) No person, firm or corporation shall stand or park a motor truck, bus or business or commercial vehicle of more than three-fourths ton capacity in any street or public ground adjoining any private property zoned for residential purposes or in any driveway or enclosed place within a residential zone, except for purposes of and during the time reasonably necessary for delivering or receiving persons or merchandise for such premises or for rendering services to persons occupying such premises.
