(a) No elected official, as defined in Section 155.01(a), shall exercise the influence or authority of the elected official’s office so as to secure employment with the City for any member of the elected official’s family.
(b) For purposes of subsection (a), “member of the elected official’s family”, shall mean the elected official’s spouse, children, parents, grandparents, grandchildren and siblings.
