The Director of Public Safety may prescribe rules and regulations for the operation of the Fire Division and the conduct of its members. The rules and regulations shall be reduced to writing and upon being delivered personally to the members of the Fire Division or posting in the office of the Fire Division each member shall be subject to the rules and regulations, and a violation thereof shall be cause for reduction, suspension, removal or other forms of discipline under Section 132.11 and/or as provided by State law.
A copy of the Rules and Regulations shall be provided to the Mayor and Council.
