The Director of Public Safety may prescribe rules and regulations for the operation of the Police Division and the conduct of its members. The rules and regulations shall be reduced to writing, and upon being delivered personally to the officers of the City or posting in the office of the Police Division, each member shall be subject to the rules and regulations, and a violation thereof shall be cause for removal or discipline under Section 131.07.
