In the event the person to whom the order in Section 1505.05 is addressed objects to the order in any manner, he has a right to appeal from the order to the Chief of the Division of Fire. Such appeal may be filed with the Chief of the Division and the Chief, upon review, may affirm, modify or cancel such order or any part thereof. Such appeal shall be filed with the Chief of the Division within twenty-four hours of receipt of same. The appeal shall have the effect of staying the requirements of the order until such time as the Chief makes his determination on the appeal. The determination of the Chief upon the appeal shall be final.
