1505.05 ORDER FOR ABATEMENT, REMEDY OR REMOVAL.
   If, upon inspection the Bureau of Fire Prevention determines that any condition exists upon the premises, building or structure that constitutes a violation of any of the laws of the State, the ordinances of this City, or in the opinion of the Bureau constitutes a fire hazard or a condition inimical to the fire safety of the City, the Bureau shall order the condition abated, remedied or removed. Such order shall be in writing directed to the owner, lessee or occupant of the premises, building or structure, or to the person in control of the articles, materials, goods, wares or merchandise, or to the owner thereof, as the circumstances may require. Such order shall be in writing signed by the Director or an authorized member of the Bureau and shall state with particularity the condition complained of and shall set forth steps to be taken to eliminate the hazardous condition and the time period within which the condition shall be remedied. The time period for compliance shall be a reasonable time but shall be related to the nature of the hazardous condition.
