1389.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which no other penalties provided, or any rule or regulation promulgated thereunder, or fails to comply therewith or with any written notice, or order issued thereunder, or whoever interferes with, obstructs or hinders the Chief Building Official or his authorized representative while attempting to make exterior inspections, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree as defined by the Ohio Revised Code. Each day such violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense with graduated fines.
   (b)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 1389.10 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day such violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense with graduated fines.
