1371.10 FEES.

All building construction fees and deposits and review fees will be charged as outlined in Section 1301.01(d) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Eastlake shall be the responsibility of the applicant or his/her duly authorized agent along with any fees imposed by the utility company.
