1309.05 CERTIFICATE FEE FOR EACH CALENDAR YEAR.

The certificate of registration authorized to be issued hereunder shall be valid for the calendar year in which it is issued and may be renewed on an annual basis thereafter. Fees for certificates of registration shall be as provided in Section 1301.01.
