1305.08 RECORDS AND REPORTS; SECRETARY AND EXECUTIVE SECRETARY.
   One member of the Board of Architectural Review shall act as secretary of the Board and shall keep or cause to be kept in the City Hall a complete record of all meetings of the Board and a detailed record of all transactions handled by the Board and shall prepare or cause to be prepared and filed with the Mayor and Council on or before May 1 of each year a complete report of the business transacted by the Board during the preceding calendar year. The Mayor shall appoint a person to serve as executive secretary to the Board with the compensation for the executive secretary to be established by ordinance of Council.
