971.99 PENALTY.

(a) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day on which the violation occurs or continues.

(b) Any violation of this chapter is hereby declared to be a nuisance. In addition to other relief provided by this chapter, the Director of Law may apply to the Court of Common Pleas for an injunction to prohibit the continuation of any violation of this chapter.
