949.15 RIGHT-OF-WAY SURPLUS EXCAVATED MATERIAL TO BE REMOVED; LANDSCAPED.

All surplus excavated material within the limits of a public highway (right-of-way) shall be removed immediately on the completion of work. Landscaping of the excavated area is required.
