(a) The Chief Building Official or his representative shall be on the job when the inspection is made. An adequate water test shall be performed to guarantee there is no water exfiltration. At the request of the inspector, any joint or joints shall be opened to examine the work therein.

(b) The sewer contractor will see that lot lines are available and clearly indicated (property pins).
(c) On new construction the building, general contractor or sewer contractor will make sure that lot lines are available and clearly indicated (property pins.)
