All lateral piping shall not be less than six inches in diameter. All downspout piping shall not be less than four inches in diameter. All basement sub drain piping shall not be less than four inches in diameter. Where waterproofing is necessary, this Section will be enforced. Where a larger connection than six inches is found, a standard increaser shall be installed. The requirement of the Ohio Plumbing Code for sewer pipe sizes as to number of fixtures connected to the sewer is hereby adopted.
