949.03 VITRIFIED PIPE; JOINTS.
   (a)   Vitrified pipe for sewers five feet outside of a residential dwelling or building to the sewer trunk line shall be jointed with premium joints.
   (b)   PVC pipe five feet outside a residential dwelling or building to the sewer trunk line shall be fitted with the water tight fittings with no substitutes.
