939.13 BOND REQUIRED; LICENSE ISSUANCE AND FEE.
   Any person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of making connections under Section 939.12, before making a connection to a public sewer of the City, shall file a bond in the principal amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) with the Director of Finance. Such bond shall name the city as the obligee and shall be in form approved by the Chief Building Official and approved by the Director of Law. Upon the filing of the proper application and bond, and after compliance with Section 939.14, the Chief Building Official is authorized to issue a license to the party filing such bond and making an application therefor, which license shall be issued for a period of one year from the date of filing such bond. No person, firm or corporation shall make a connection to a public sewer until the license is issued. An annual license fee shall be paid as specified in Section 1301.01. (Ord. 1998-107.
