§ 51.112 REPORTS OF CHANGED CONDITIONS.

   (A)   Each IU must notify the District of any significant changes to the IU’s operations or system which might alter the nature, quality, or volume of its wastewater at least 30 days before the change.

   (B)   The District may require the IU to submit such information as may be deemed necessary to evaluate the changed condition, including the submission of a wastewater discharge permit application under § 51.086.

   (C)   The District may issue an individual wastewater discharge permit under § 51.092 or modify an existing wastewater discharge permit under § 51.087 in response to changed conditions or anticipated changed conditions.
