(A) An IU with an expiring individual wastewater discharge permit shall apply for individual wastewater discharge permit reissuance by submitting a complete permit application, in accordance with § 51.086, a minimum of 45 days prior to the expiration of the IU’s existing individual wastewater discharge permit.
(B) If the IU has filed a timely application for permit renewal, but ECSD has not reissued a permit, through no fault on the part of the IU, the time of expiration shall be extended.
