§ 132.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any violations of §§ 132.038 and 132.040 shall in addition to the penalties set out in this code be grounds for the immediate revocation of any and all licenses or permits granted to any person by the city.

   (C)   Violations of §§ 132.055 through 132.059 shall, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined up to the amount of an amount as set by the city from time to time. Second and subsequent offenses of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined up to the amount of an amount as set by the city from time to time. Each day a violation of this chapter occurs constitutes a separate offense. The city may simultaneously cite the owner in City Court and seek legal relief under state law in Court or before the Hearing Authority.
