§ 132.059 RECORDS KEPT.
   The City Law Department shall maintain a list of the property owners and addresses which have received notices, citations, or legal action under this subchapter. Such a list shall be available to the extent authorized by the State Access to Public Records Act, being I.C. 5-14-3 et seq.
