12-3-6: ENFORCEMENT:

The regulations prescribed by this chapter shall be administered and enforced by the airport zoning commission created by chapter 5 of this title and a resolution adopted by the board of supervisors of the county. Such commission may select an administrator of airport zoning regulations to assist in the performance of its duties, none of whom shall be members of the board of adjustment. (Ord. 51-14, 8-4-2014)
