   B.   Class D Navigable Airspace:
      1.   The Dubuque Regional Airport is surrounded by class D navigable airspace. This airspace is controlled during operating hours of the air traffic control tower and extends five (5) statute miles from the airport and upward to two thousand five hundred feet (2,500') above ground level.
      2.   Imaginary surfaces are established with relation to the airport and each runway. The size, slope, and dimension of each imaginary surface is based on the category of approach for each designated runway, as established under 14 CFR 77.
