Any person operating or handling any aircraft or vehicle in violation of the provisions of this title, the rules and regulations promulgated hereunder, or amendments thereto, or who refuses to comply therewith may be promptly removed and ejected from the airport by or under authority of the airport manager, and, upon the written order of the airport manager, may be denied the further use of the airport and its facilities for such length of time as may be required to ensure the safety of the airport and the public and its interest therein.
