9-14-321.730: WAIVER OF RESIDENTIAL PARKING PERMIT REGULATIONS:
Upon receipt of an application for the waiver of the parking requirements of a residential parking permit district, the city council may by resolution suspend such parking regulations for specific circumstances and special events as the city council may deem appropriate. (Ord. 44-08, 6-16-2008)
