9-14-321.729: EXCEPTIONS:
   A.   The provisions of this division shall not apply to clearly marked service vehicles doing business in the designated residential parking permit district during the time they are working in the district insofar as they are clearly marked.
   B.   Whenever metered parking is in effect in any portion of a residential parking permit district, this division shall not apply to such metered parking. (Ord. 44-08, 6-16-2008)
