9-14-321.707: BUSINESS DISTRICT:

A. There is hereby established a business district, pursuant to Iowa Code section 321L.5(4)(a), for the purpose of allocating disabled person parking spaces within said district.

B. The said business district shall be defined as municipal parking lots and the parking meter district as described in sections 9-14-321.643 and 9-14-321.666 of this chapter. (Ord. 44-08, 6-16-2008)
