9-14-321.681: PARKING SO AS TO INTERFERE WITH PLOWING OR REMOVAL PROHIBITED:
No "vehicle", as defined in this title, shall be parked upon any street in the city in such a manner as to interfere with the plowing or removal of snow or ice from such street. (Ord. 44-08, 6-16-2008)
