The city manager shall have lines or markings painted or fixed upon the curb or upon the street adjacent to each parking meter designating the parking space for which such meter is to be used, and each vehicle parked adjacent to any parking meter shall park within such lines or markings. It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle across any such line or marking or to park such vehicle in such a position that the same shall not be entirely within the space designated by such lines or markings. It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle outside of a marked space within the parking meter district. (Ord. 44-08, 6-16-2008)
