A. Record: A record of the entire proceedings shall be made by tape recording or by any other means of permanent recording determined to be appropriate by the board or commission.
B. Reporting: The proceedings at the hearings may also be reported by a court reporter at the expense of any party.
C. Continuances: The board or commission may grant continuances for good cause shown.
D. Oaths; Certification: The board or commission or any member thereof has the power to administer oaths and affirmations.
E. Reasonable Dispatch: The board or commission and its representatives shall proceed with reasonable dispatch to conclude any matter before it. Due regard shall be shown for the convenience and necessity of any parties or their representatives. (2007 Code § 1-21)
