9-14-321.622: PARKING VIOLATIONS; POSTING BOND:

All persons receiving such notice of violation and deeming themselves not guilty of such offense, or desiring to appear and defend against the same, shall within seven (7) calendar days appear at the police department and promise to appear in the district court of Dubuque County, Iowa, for trial.
