9-14-321.613: BACKING FOR PURPOSES OF PARKING IN BUSINESS DISTRICTS:
In the business district the driver of a vehicle shall not back the vehicle between parked vehicles in order to park the driver's vehicle unless the driver can do so without interfering with traffic. (Ord. 44-08, 6-16-2008)
