A. Every motor vehicle other than a motorcycle or motorized bicycle shall be equipped with at least two (2) headlamps with at least one on each side of the front of the motor vehicle, which headlamps shall comply with the requirements set forth in this section.
B. At all times specified in subsection 9-12-321.384A of this chapter, at least two (2) lighted lamps, except where one only is permitted, shall be displayed, one at each side at the front of every motor vehicle except when such vehicle is parked subject to the regulations governing lights on parked vehicles.
