9-12-321.382: UPGRADE PULLS; MINIMUM SPEED:
No motor vehicle or combination of vehicles which cannot proceed up to three percent (3%) grade on dry concrete pavement at a minimum speed of twenty (20) miles per hour shall be operated on the streets of the city. (Ord. 44-08, 6-16-2008)
