7-7-37: BICYCLE DEALERS AND REPAIR SHOPS:

Upon receipt by any dealer or repair shop of a bicycle or portion thereof which includes the frame, if the frame number or any portion of it has been removed, tampered with, or in any manner made illegible, the dealer or repair shop shall make an immediate report to the police department.
