7-7-36: RENTAL AGENCIES:
A rental agency shall not rent or offer to rent any bicycle unless:
   A.   The bicycle is registered;
   B.   A registration sticker or decal is attached to the frame of the bicycle; and
   C.   The bicycle is equipped with the lamps and other equipment required by state law or this chapter. (Ord. 48-09, 9-21-2009)
