7-7-16: BICYCLE NOT TO PASS IN OR BETWEEN LANES:
Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the driver of a bicycle shall not overtake or pass in the same lane occupied by a four (4) or more wheeled vehicle being overtaken, nor shall any person overtake a bicycle between lanes of traffic or between adjacent lines or rows of vehicles.
