11-8-1: FIBER TO THE HOME/BUSINESS AESTHETICS GUIDELINES ESTABLISHED:
The city manager shall develop, with the approval of the City Council, written guidelines to establish general procedures and standards, consistent with all applicable federal and state laws, for the siting, construction, installation, collocation, and aesthetics of fiber to the home and business within the city's right of way and on city property.
