7-4-8: ASSISTANCE PROVIDED:

Within its capability, the police department will provide technical assistance or advice to any person wishing to install an alarm system or improve an existing system. Nothing in this chapter shall be interpreted as requiring or assuring any specific response by the police. (2007 Code § 38-18)
