7-4-5: REVOCATION OF PERMIT:
   A.   Failure To Pay Service Charge: An alarm permit shall be revoked by the chief of police for failure to pay any service charge required by this chapter within thirty (30) days of billing.
   B.   Excessive False Alarms: An alarm permit may be revoked by the chief of police if more than twelve (12) false alarm signals are received in any twelve (12) month or lesser period of time.
   C.   Notice: Notice of revocation may be given verbally or in writing and in the case of verbal notice, a subsequent written confirmation will be given by the office of the chief of police.
   D.   Permit Reissued: A permit which has been revoked may be reissued upon presentation of evidence that the cause for revocation has been removed and payment of a fee established by the city manager. "Evidence of removal of cause" means proof of payment in the case where revocation was for nonpayment of fees, or evidence of corrective measures taken in the case where revocation was for excessive false alarms.
