A. Opening Motor Vehicle Or Gaining Entrance To Structure: Persons requesting assistance from the police department for opening any motor vehicle or gaining entrance to any structure shall pay to the city a service charge, as established by the city manager, per call.
B. Request For Local Criminal History Record: Nonlaw enforcement persons requesting a local criminal history record from the police department shall pay to the city a service charge, as established by the city manager, per local criminal history record requested.
C. Specific Response Not Required Or Assured: Nothing in this section shall be interpreted as requiring or assuring any specific response by the police department. (2007 Code § 38-31)
