Should any property owner be aggrieved by a ruling of the board, he may file an appeal to the ruling within ten (10) days. The appeal shall be heard by the city commission at the next regular meeting, provided the appeal is filed at least five (5) days prior to the commission meeting date. If less than five (5) days shall remain until the next regular meeting date, the appeal shall be heard the following month. If a nuisance is considered especially grievous, a special meeting of the city commission may be called to consider the appeal. (Ord. 292, 11-14-2011)
