ORDINANCE 348

An ordinance amending 10-6-5: Special Exception Uses to add 10-6-5F.

F: Tiny Home: An exception may be requested for a Tiny Home of at least 450 square feet in an RS-3 District. The city commission, upon hearing the application, may approve, deny or table the application. The commission shall make its determination on a case-by-case basis, considering the character of the neighborhood where the tiny home would be sited, the appearance of the tiny home as compared to other residential structures in the immediate area and the comments of the residents in the area.

ADOPTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF DRUMRIGHT, OKLAHOMA this 8th day of April, 2024.
